I am originally from Salina, Kansas. After completing a B.F.A in Theatre at Emporia State University, Trisha and I married and moved to San Diego, CA where I earned an M.F.A. in Musical Theatre. From San Diego we moved to New Hampshire where I formed and operated Gamaliel Theatre Company, a small theatre group rehearsing in the basement of Durham Community Church, UCC. In some cases by design, in other cases by serendipity, our original theatre productions began working their way into local worship experiences. My somewhat non-traditional pursuit of a life in worship design, contemplative theatre, and community organization has since taken many turns including over two years of service as Ministry Director at Milford United Methodist Church in Milford, NH. My wife Trisha and I have one daughter, Magnolia, who is a constant reminder to live fully each moment and enjoy every pleasure God gives us.
